Monday, March 02, 2009. It's time once again for our quartly update! I'm not even sure if anyone checks our blog. I take that back, I know that I have one faithful person that hasn't given up on me. Monday, March 02, 2009. Here's Josiah with his walking stick.we have a twisted willow that keeps us pretty well supplied with plenty of those. Caleb with the same afore mentioned walking stick. Josiah with his bunny hat, swinging on the swings! Eli, loving the swing! Caleb is getting so big, he is starting to get used to a regular swing (and actually enjoy it)! Eli in his new rocking chair he got from Stephen and Frieda for Christmas. He loves it! Josiah and Eli just snuggling and rocking together.

Sorry I haven't updated on Elijah yet, but I didn't get home from the hospital until around 8 pm yesterday and I have been busy trying to schedule appointments and get to an appointment and do all the everyday things. Thursday, March 19, 2009. The kids have been playing outside most days. It's been great! Which means less time in the house which translates into less of a mess! Not to mention how nice it is to hear the birds singing and the plants emerging from the ground. It's been nice to get rid of the dead foliage and discover all the treasures coming up from the dirt. More time outside=two little boys that like to play with the cats! More time outside=swing time! More time outside=more things to touch.

Saturday, March 28, 2009. This week we had company! Stacie, Jake, and the kids came for a visit and in comparison to the weather that they had back home, it was beautiful here. So we HAD to go outside, which made for great photo opportunities. We played outside and we even were able to have a small bonfire one evening and roast hotdogs and marshmallows. Stacie helped Brenna roast a marshmallow (or two)! Caleb was thoroughly enjoying his food! Stephen and one of his many tastily burnt marshmallows.

Monday, May 19, 2008. Well, it seems that spring has finally sprung! Here is Josiah enjoying a lazy afternoon. I think that this will be a permanent perch, once the tractors take to the field. Although there isn't a ladder yet, Stephen has learned to scale the slide. Here is a picture of some of our apple blossoms. If all goes well, we will have quite the crop of apples this year! Elijah continues to grow. The boys are trying to teach Eli how to crawl. Just a close up of Caleb. Josiah had other plans.

Saturday, January 31, 2009. Since I am only able to put 10 pictures on each post, they are a little choppy. Stephen had his annual cub scout derby car race. He did really well. His car was took third place in the Wolves race and he took best paint job overall. Josiah even got to race Stephen's car from last year. The boys, the cars, and the awards. Monday, May 05, 2008. It's time for another Christianson. We are thoroughly enjoying spring and all the things the winds of the season blows in! This time I have been able to take more part in the preparation of getting things ready for growing! Just a sample of Josiah's vast array of wardrobe choices.
