(but quicktime and Audition will play them). Windows: Winamp thinks it’s an MPEG-1 Layer 2 256kbit. VLC and Audacity won’t touch them either on both platforms. If you ever get a VPS at you get the message of “Error: systemd conflicts with initscripts-9.49.17-1.el7.x86” or similar…. Have a look in your “/etc/yum.conf” file. The initscripts could be excluded. Comment the line out using a # like so. And it should update your Centos7 system. You may wish to uncomment it back after the update has been completed. Posted by Stephen Monro.

So, if you are reading this, chances are you have a 7D and it’s got an issue with the batteries not working. I also took some photos along the way of the repair to show my exact results too. The short version is, a screw becomes loose, and therefore creates issues inside the camera. You need to find the screw in the camera body, and then reinsert it. Larr; Previous post.

While I hope you’ve succeeded in getting Gammu working, there is a chance you may not have as well. I struggled big time. If you havn’t got anywhere, then I may have another solution for you. I’ve just released some specialist software called ExtractSMSDB. That will extract the SMS data from a Mobile Partner database to a CSV file. On Sale! As a side note, I used this post.
