http://lastbites.blogspot.com/2012/10/international-night-7-pizzeria.html
Sunday, October 21, 2012. International Night 7 – Pizzeria. Once you have had the enjoyment of eating pizza in Italy from a local pizzeria while walking the charming streets of which ever city you happen to be in, it creates in you a need to recreate and re-experience the joy of authentic Italian pizza. Settebello, located in downtown Salt Lake, does this beautifully. And thee shared a traditional Margherita pizza with fresh buffalo mozzarella. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Last Bites: International Night 5 – Puerto Rican
http://lastbites.blogspot.com/2012/10/international-night-5-puerto-rican.html
Sunday, October 21, 2012. International Night 5 – Puerto Rican. We have Julio to thank for the addition of Adobo’s to our list. He was so excited to finally find authentic Puerto Rican food in Utah, too bad we discovered this little gem right before Julio moved back to Cali last December. So July’s international night was not new to me, but was new to some of the others. As always the music was energizing and the service excellent. I started with a Coco Loco. And I had my usual of Ropa Vieja.

Last Bites: A perfect evening…
http://lastbites.blogspot.com/2012/10/a-perfect-evening.html
Tuesday, October 23, 2012. A perfect evening…. A Friday with no plans, a free rooftop concert, local food, and homegrown music. Weeks ago we headed to Provo for some local music. Jenicee’s favorite, The Lower Lights. Were playing at the final concert of the downtown Rooftop Concert Series. I love live music in any setting, but this was quite charming. Although a little chilly, the top of the parking garage made a perfect venue. We set up our chairs and then went to find some food. Need I say more? A Side...

I often try new recipes with hopes of fabulous results and most of the time I am rewarded with just that. Unfotunatley this was not one of those times. I saw this pretty little treat on a blog. And was so excited to try it. It was the perfect combo of summer flavors: strawberry, lime and coconut. So what went wrong? Saving Grace Strawberry Sauce -. 1 cup strawberries, halved.
