Baby Girl: Isadora Alice Maughan. Our little Izzy was born on January 3rd at 11:30 am. Weighing 6 pounds 6 ounces and measuring 20.5 inches long. We settled on the name Isadora early on in my pregnancy but kept it a secret until after her birth. Isadora's middle name, Alice, is a family name; she is named after Eric's grandmother, Shirley Alice Maughan, and my great-grandmother, Alice Seamons. The accompanying pictures were taken by the talented Abbie Rufener. When Isadora was exactly 3 weeks old.

Marsha comes to visit. My mother, Marsha came to visit a few weeks ago! I thought the weather was great while we were in Williamsburg but Marsha did not agree! Apparently Oregonian's like their weather on the cooler side, luckily the day we spend at Monticello was dang near perfect even to Marsha's high standards. I loved having my mother come to visit.
