It even has coloured sugar on top for a glitter effect :P It took a few hours because I suck, but it is done and ready to go. Now all I have to do is show up and watch a movie, everything else is organized. I kind of can't wait until it's over lol. It's almost too cute to eat! I'd have a piece though if you offered it. ;). Friday, April 17, 2009. So far this morning I have chauffeured Jack to work, and Paige to school. I have cooked a chocolate chip pancake birthday breakfast, washed all the dishes from said breakfast, bathed the boy, cleaned and mopped the bathroom, swept the lower level of the house, done a load of laundry and have even had time to take a pee break. It's 9:50am. On a normal day, I am at work and don't get the chance to use my energy for 'good'. I get home at 1:15 most days and you know what? Hmmm Not all...

His fever is mostly gone, now that he is taking motrin.I had to ask the nurse at the COPC for a medicine syringe so we could ambush him- ambush in a cup doesn't work well. Wednesday, April 15, 2009. This is an absolutely delicious recipe. I was determined to make the cake from scratch for Paige this year, instead of ordering it or using a box mix. This recipe, right here. is perfect (click on the title of the post). I substituted the buttermilk for 2% milk that I already had, used 1/2cup margarine instead of just 2 TBS and 1 cup Cocoa instead of 1/2 cup. It is light, fluffy and oh so chocolatey. It's perfect!
