Tuesday, December 9, 2008. God is so good. Hey, Shannon. I've been kind of half looking for a job too and praying about making ends meet. I start Monday working at the same co. as my husband. He's going to work 7-5, and I'm going to work 6- midnight. It's the answer to my prayers. income and I'll still be able to stay home during the day and home school my boys. Friday, April 10, 2009. Bedtime Prayer, Storms. Tonight, I was lying in bed with Dylan and we were saying our prayers. I always say mine first, just so he can get an idea of what to say. This is what he prayed tonight:. Dear heavenly father, thank you for letting momma lay with me, forget us our sins and bad things are bad things. Amen.". I thought is was funny and cute, maybe because I'm his mom. Bad things are bad things. I love that boy and his innocent heart. I'll bet Jesus smiled, too.

Wednesday, November 19, 2008. Spasms, Baby, Smokey C's. Spasm is such a funny word. It looks funny and sounds funny but I'm here to tell you it doesn't feel funny! Long story short (it could be a lot longer). I had to go to my doctor and he said I was having back spasms. I was thinking 'That's it? Monday, January 4, 2010. Back in April, a young man died in a tragic car accident. It's every parents worst nightmare. He was barely twenty and his mother's only son. I babysat him for a summer, way back when, and his family is dear to my heart and many others. It was, and still, such a heartbreaking time for so many. Saturday, April 25, 2009. This is a video of a gravity wave. We had it happen in our area and it caused lots of wind and there were numerous trees knocked down. I seriously thought that our big pine tree was gonna come down but thankfully there was no damage here. I think the video is pretty amazing. That's creepy and cool at the same time.
