Stepped in Cup Cake Batter. Sunday, February 15, 2009. Again with the lasagne. Lilith in San Francisco wrote to let me know that you can use vegetable broth in the mashed potatoes instead of olive oil, which I thought was a brilliant plan. Olive oil still rates high on the fat content, so I imagine veggie broth would be a good alternative. The thing to watch out for with broth is the sodium content, though if you make your own it isn't as much of an issue. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
