We specialize in providing life changing education through workshops and presentations. Sessions are interactive, dynamic, and fun to maximize learning. Participation is encouraged with games, demonstrations and Q and A time to address specific concerns. Sessions range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and are customized to meet the specific needs of your clients and staff. Extended half day and full day workshops and seminars are available. Your clients can request 1:1 health coaching packages at special rates.
