Grilled Banana Challah French Toast. 1 large slice of Challah (egg) bread, broken into two. 1 egg, beaten. 2 tsp brown sugar. 1 medium sized banana, sliced hot dog (long) way. Grease and heat griddle. Make basic French toast by dredging challah in eggs and placing on griddle. Sprinkle brown sugar on one side of each slice of bread. Gobble up the deliciousness!
