I looked at three factors: 1) easy to keep clean, no crevices or exposed buttons. 2) cost, with a range from $29 to $79. 3) bells and whistles – digital display, body composition technology, and data transfer. A scale and a full length mirror are not options. They are necessary to keep my body image sane. Now I just need a place to put them. Hiding from the job at hand.

Steps along the Trail. Training for the run – 14 August. August 15, 2015. The last day involved a 2.2 mile run outside with Nicole of NK Body Philosophy. She is my trainer and will run with me. In training for a 1-mile run on August 15 to raise funds. For Pancreatic Cancer Research in solidarity with Mason Ntula whose grandmother died of pancreatic cancer in 2013.
