Topical Steroid Withdrawal / Red Skin Syndrome. Documenting my journey towards an eczema free life! April 21, 2015. April 20, 2015. 31 months 5 days. NO It ain’t a flare. (knock on wood). I’m talking about me slacking off now that things are swell again. Quickly recovered after the last post. I still believe it was a combo of not eating clean and pre-PMS. Timing is very important. This was also something I noticed since 6 months into TSW? The cycle is coming up soon so I hope things don’t get rough.

Topical Steroid Withdrawal / Red Skin Syndrome. Documenting my journey towards an eczema free life! May 16, 2015. May 12, 2015. May 16/15 – 32 months. Been eating a ton of different foods this month. Ice cream, sashimi, french fries, McD’s, candy, cake, yogurt, milk, and tons of beef and chicken. You name it and I’ve probably eaten it in the last 2 weeks. Don’t know how long I can keep things up but it sure feels like a flare is creeping up on me. Tryin’ not to get burnt. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Today is 30 months of my TSW journey. 25 years = another milestone. 8212;——————————————————————–. I would like to report that things are starting to go downhill. Eeekk. Woke up to tenderness and an ‘itchy-itch’ near my neck and chin areas at the beginning of the month. Totally my fault, though. My beautiful neck 2.5 months into TSW. You are commenting ...

Nothing much to write about since things have been swell since the last time I posted. Been putting my body through stress by eating like a garbage can but no problems— for now. Not surprised since it is the summer season and I typically have no issues during this period. Fall and winter is what I have to worry about. Follow Topi...

Topical Steroid Withdrawal / Red Skin Syndrome. Documenting my journey towards an eczema free life! July 30, 2015. July 29, 2015. Day 1046 – FINGER FLARE AFTERMATH. The last time I discussed finger flares (itchy dry skin blisters) was October 2014. That means it’s been just under 10 months since Day 750 – Finger Flare. I didn’t use topical corticosteroids during October and it ‘flared’ on my fingers. I guess less scratching has led to healing. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. The Boy ...

Topical Steroid Withdrawal / Red Skin Syndrome. Documenting my journey towards an eczema free life! November 27, 2014. November 27, 2014. Day 801 – 26 months 11 days. So my fingers are still itchy every now and then. Itch, scratch, and repeat. It is a terrible cycle but at least it’s only two fingers. The blisters don’t make regular appearances so I guess it’s all good in the ‘hood. I have a hunch TSW is over and this is just regular eczema but I’m going to wait a bit first. One reason I might be develop...
