How I got into ham radio. I have been a ham since I was 11 years old. I got my first license as a Novice. My call sign was WN4VJV. My Brother Butch, who was 15 years older than me took me religiously to ham club meetings in Ft. Pierce. That's where I took my ham course. I bought some used gear from members of the club there. Keep in mind, the ham shack is always a "Work In Progress". This a new (to me) rig, and so far I love it! The menus are pretty intuative. Just a great radio. I went to Franklin Elementary School until the fourth grade, then moved to the new Bingham Farms Elementary School. After elementary school, I went to West Maple Junior High, then Wylie E.
