It has a beautiful 8 mile beach with nice resorts ($5 - $30/night) and a beautiful beach. My first instructor is one of Holland's top windsurfers and the owner of Windchimes kiteboarding school is a Vietnamese who just made it in the boat exodus of April 1975 as a kid and ended up in San Francisco.
