Took leftovers to work for several days. 2 chicken breasts, frozen. 1 can Rotel tomatoes. 1 can corn kernels, do not drain. 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 pkg Ranch dressing mix. 1 t chili powder. 1 t onion powder. 8-oz pkg. cream cheese.

We used it and actually made fajitas w/ it - it was delicious and I won't buy the packets of seasoning again! 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/4 tsp red pepper. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/8 tsp garlic powder.
