Saturday, March 24, 2012. Birthday Season Begins.Happy Birthday Dad! We couldn't let number 36 get by without sharing our love for our AMAZING Dad so. Brad received an EXTRA LARGE Birthday card with 36 reasons we love him. The kids wrote in different colors so he knew who wrote each love note. Had to include a picture of Ella at her favorite look-out spot. I remember Andrew doing this exact thing- watching the action from inside and wanting to be outside with the big kids. Saturday, May 5, 2012. The night before Lauren's baptism, our visitors started to arrive. First order of business, according to Andrew: "play JINX! Lauren received her own set of scriptures with her name engraved on them. And a scripture case! The next day was spent doing some last-minute preparations and welcoming our guests. Thursday, September 1, 2011. Here are my big kids Caleb and Lauren posing for the traditional in-front-of-the-front-door shot. The Big Man on Campus:. Guess what we did while the kids were at school? The kids enjoyed our cookies and told us all about their first days of school when they got home. A couple of weeks later, it was this guy's turn. He loved having his own photo shoot. Thursday, June 30, 2011. End of School Year Wrap-Up. With the help of Dad, uncles, and grandparents, Caleb created an amazing contraption to support his egg at the 4th grade "Egg Drop" and it survived without a crack! Materials used: bubble wrap, parachute, and paper cups. Caleb made real progress in his Karate class towards earning his purple belt. Lauren had a fun splash party with her first grade friends at the park during the last week of school. Brad was invited to Donuts for Dad in Caleb's class.

Monday, April 30, 2012. Same stroller, different baby. Lauren used to stick Andrew into this stroller and push him all over the house. And he loved it! This was March 2009, when she was almost 5 and he was 17 months). So when we pulled the stroller out again for Ella to play with, it's no surprise that Lauren stuck her right in and took her for a ride. Kinda reminds me of a little old lady for some reason.
