January 23, 2017. A new dawn approaches…. It appears with breaking news this evening that Bernie Ecclestone, the FOM chairman and CEO of Formula One has been removed from his post effective immediately. With the aquisition of the Liberty Media group in it’s final stages, it was clear that a shift in the heirarchy of the paddock walls was going to change. Many are quick to point that fact out and hold, what almost feels like resentment towards the new owners despite not really knowing anything about them.

Caught in my headlights. June 17, 2015. It does have 10% ethanol…. I’ve posted at the Alfa bb with regard to this and have several suggestions that I will be looking into. Still. The car is running well (though spraying a tiny bit of oil on the interior bonnet – but – HEY! It’s Italian….) so it’s an issue, but not a critical issue at this point. Caught in my headlights. 1972 TR6, Viewed, 5/10/2014. December 29, 2014. This was the second TR6 we were going to view that Saturday, and it was a little out of the way on our way home. We stopped for fish and chips at a Pub and got to the dealership that was selling this a tad later than I had wanted. We suggested that if the weather was good the following weekend that we might come out and test drive both, before we bundled back into our car and headed home. Ratings for these cars;. Caught in my headlights. June 3, 2015. My dreams are haunted by the baleful blinking of an amber light… but more on that later. The end of May turned out to be a torrid time. We were finishing up our trip in Europe when I caught a virus. Evelyn got it too and had a fever on the flight home. I got worse after we got home, eventually getting fever, sore throat, and headaches. All this time I was also trying to get the car safetied and licensed. Not a lot of fun.
