Thursday, February 19, 2009. A Month to Remember! This month has flown by. I feel like it's been an emotional roller coaster and I'm trying not to fall off! It started out with Jeff quiting his job to focus on selling the house so he could get up to his new job in Oregon. Friday, May 18, 2012. Your eyes are not playing tricks on you.I actually DID update my blog! As I look back through my blog, I notice a very well used phrase. "the time goes by so fast! And so I say it again, Holy flippin' cow! Where does the time go! I can't believe it! We have been here for over three years, my baby is 21 months old, and I will have 2 kids in school! It's impossible to catch up on the last 2 years and I can't beleive that slide.com is gone! I've lost all of my cute little slide shows!

Memorial Day we met up with the Boyces in Springfield, Illinois and went to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. It was absolutely impressive. The 2 movies were very entertaining for kids and adults! Bryson, Jeremy, Liam, and Seth; Bryson got to bring Jeremy home for the week and Kaitlyn got to go to Katya's for the week!

The Garner competition/tradition continues of gingerbread houses - this year Bryson and Kaitlyn separately chose a sports theme. Mom helped Hailey with the graham cracker house but she did all the rest herself! Alyssa did it all on her own with a lake for Dora the mermaid and then a house and a dog house. Now that the snow shoveling season is over, Kaitlyn decided she wanted to start mowing the lawn - it is impressive watching her - it is hard work for her to turn it but she is tough! She was so proud! She also loved that dad gave her $2 - $1 for the front and $1 for a back - great deal for both). Alyssa made a flower with 2 birds.

Friday, February 22, 2013. 2 hour delay this morning! I jump in the shower and when I come out this is what I found - 3 girls outside in rainboots, jammies, jackets - it is 32 degrees and while playing on the snow/ice they act like it is 60 degrees. (Bryson is in the warm basement watching the BYU basketball game that he recorded from last night).
