Thursday, 21 March 2013. Well I have returned from Japan. On the train on the way back I was able to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji and was able to take some photos. Tuesday, 5 March 2013. Well I am off to Japan tomorrow. My flight takes off midday and I will arrive early morning in Tokyo on Thursday. I am in Tokyo for 4 nights and then off to Kyoto for 6 nights. After Kyoto I will be off to Hiroshima for 2 nights. Then back off to Tokyo to fly back home. I will hopefully get to see a lot and will probably be walking a lot. Monday, 18 March 2013. Yesterday I took the Shinkansen to Hiroshima. I had to change at Kobe though. The trains do look very funny. But they get to their destination very fast and on time, not like a particular country's trains. Once I got to Hiroshima I checked into my Hostel. Saturday, 16 March 2013. Day 9 and 10. This morning I went to Nara. This is another beautiful place with a very large park. There are quite a few temples in the park. Also there are a lot of wild deer in the park, they are very tame though as they let you stroke them most of the time. The main temple to see was Todai-ji temple. Monday, 18 February 2013. And the story starts. I have no clue what will be put here but I will share things that I think are interesting. Hopefully there will be a lot of photographs. I am trying to improve my photography so as the blog progresses my pictures will hopefully show progress. I use a Nikon D3100 and have three lenses which should provide some great experiments. Thursday, 14 March 2013. It has been another great two days in Kyoto. Yesterday I walked around East Kyoto. There were a lot of temples and some of the streets were built to match what it traditionally looked like. After, I walked around through streets that were designed to mimic what it may have looked like in olden times. It was quite interesting.
