Rich Sampson: Merry Fookin' Christmas
http://rich-sampson.blogspot.com/2011/12/merry-fookin-christmas.html
It's been a busy one. I've had two short notice commissions to do over the christmas period, both christmassy type things with a horror slant. The first was an e-card for Spectral Press:. The second, came in the shape of an online christmas image on This Is Horror:. Hope you all had a good one! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Aldershot, Hampshire, United Kingdom. R J Sampson: A View from the Lake...
http://richsampson.blogspot.com/2006/12/view-from-lake.html
Thursday, 7 December 2006. A View from the Lake. For no other reason than the fact I have absolutely nothing interesting to talk about, I thought I'd write a review of an excellent small press novel I read recently. A View from the Lake. The following winter and Katherine is preparing to leave the resort, but when she glimpses strange figures out on the lake, or in the snow covered woods, she knows the lake holds a dark and terrible secret. R J Sampson: Another Two Rejections...
http://richsampson.blogspot.com/2006/12/another-two-rejections.html
Monday, 11 December 2006. Damn I never thought this writing crap would be easy, but two rejections in one day has always gotta hurt. The first was. None Fatter Than Desire. Which I sent to Three Lobed Burning Eye and to be fair, I know the story sucks. The other was a weird 'frozen cowboy' western titled. Which I was pleased with, but Dred turned it down. Still the editor did say it was well written, so that's something. A TOWN CALLED DECEPTION. Gordy Moon limped into town on a shoeless mule with an arro...

R J Sampson: Penis Bunnies...
http://richsampson.blogspot.com/2006/12/pennis-bunnies.html
Wednesday, 6 December 2006. I recently wrote a story about a bunch of rabbits with penises on their backs. It's as bad as it sounds and has been picked up for publication (amazingly) by the good people at Walking Bones Magazine. Stop whacking off and go here for a preview: http:/ www.walkingbones.com/authorspot.html. Congrats on finding a home for this! A very strange story it was indeed. 8 December 2006 at 15:24. I do love the strange. 9 December 2006 at 01:15. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

R J Sampson: December 2006
http://richsampson.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, 14 December 2006. This book is something special. The Evening Redness in the West. Is easily the best book I've read all year and quite possibly one of the best ever. This is definitely not the wild west Hollywood would like you to believe in, this is gritty, dirty and incredibly well researched. The Mexican towns and the poverty the men encounter, along with some of the outrageous acts they commit, make for a book about as far away from. Available from www.waterstones.com. Despite all the bad ...

Harris, given in order of appearance. All except Phaedra Torres have multiple entries included in the Anthology. Caution to readers: these stories tend to the graphic as well as the terrifying, so readers of delicate sensibilities, do be warned! From skullring.org (an awesome horror blog - linked at right):.
