October 6, 2016. Take Them Along: at the grocery store. Ever since Lorenzo was little I took him with me everywhere. I want him to learn things by experiencing them, so if I have the chance I take him along, even though sometimes it would be easier to go by myself. Lorenzo doesn’t ask for things yet. He sometimes reaches over to touch something colorful or shiny but not because he wants to take it home, and as a rule we don’t eat anything in the store. Do you take your children along? While he is sleeping.

One day we were talking about children and singing lullabies. I discovered that the words mothers tell their babies to go to sleep around the world are so much alike.
