Monday, November 24, 2008. Hannah has just been right at my heals lately. Is it an age thing? She just wants to be right with me. She always has her arms out saying, "hold, hold". I had to give her something to do! Stacking frosting cans was keeping her busy for so long! Another thing Hannah is known for doing though is copying everything her big sister does, so when Sarah saw the camera, of course she had to dance and that is where it all went down for Hannah. Poor girl. With birds and elephants. I had ...

Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Sophie was mesmerized by all the little trinkets in gadgets that could be found in the crowded little shops of china town. A little market selling some very rare looking fish, or something like that, smelled really stinky! I don't now what was so special about it, but it was selling at $138/lb! The kids thought the really steep streets were neat. Boudin sour dough bread shop. Sophie loved watching the sea lions on the pear. She kept calling them Shy (our dog). The zoo was AMAZING!

I wanted to post our whole trip at once, but have finally come to the conclusion that If I keep telling myself that, it will never happen. Here's the first half and hopefully days 4-7 will be soon to follow. I think that couponing is taking over my blogging time! Is it worth it? Sunday, March 29, 2009. We could n...

Sunday, December 28, 2008. 4 cups of flour on highest setting.not a good idea! Immediately after adding 4 cups of flour to our cookie recipe, Sarah asks if she can turn on the mixer. Before I could get out the words, "make sure you turn it on very slowly",. I was covered in flour, as was Hannah, and the rest of the kitchen. It all happened so fast, at first I didn't know what hit me. In her excitement, Sarah pulled the setting lever to 10, a super FAST speed for such a large quantity of flour. The sun wa...

For family night we decided to get money rolls from the bank and count out our pocket change we have been saving for Disney. Land The kids loved this activity! We learned to count by 2's, 5's and 10's. Sarah caught on surprisingly fast (future shopper I fear). I was pretty amazed that all that change added up to so much. Disney Land, here we come.
