After the last deadlift workout, which i couldnt get 405 on the deadlift, really destroyed my back. The met con didnt help either. After taking a long time off, getting massage's, acupuncture, and doing a lot of mobility stuff, today was my time to try and get back in the game. Workout is from CFDR. Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Complete as many reps and rounds as possible in 5 minutes of. Tried this workout on Wednesday and i was only able to get 19 rounds and 1 squat clean. Today's goal was to get at least 20 rounds. Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. After seeing the workout released on Tuesday, i knew HQ was really tring to weed off the bottom half of the rankings. This weeks workout: As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:. 60 Bar facing burpees. 30 Overhead squats (120#). Looking at the numbers, the top athlete finished 2 full rounds, and the bottom half never made it to the muscle ups. And this workout did weed off a whole lot of athletes. Saturday, April 16, 2011.

Steve O's Crossfit Journey. My day-by-day progression towards elite fitness. Catching up on posts. Its been awhile since i've posted. Here's what i have done:. Worked on clean and jerks. Got 105k with a little struggle. Will shoot for a PR of 110k at the Baltimore open. Strict Press: Finished my last set with 165#. Got a great last set with 60#. 400m run (on treadmill). Time: about 15 mins. Squats 5x5 at 275#. Bench Press 5x5 at 205#. Deadlifts 5x5 at 295#. Press 5x5 at 155#. A little under the weather.
