SECOND WEEK OF TRAINING. I soon learned that the physical training objective was continous. The instructors called the process building us up, at the time I didn't think so, however, it put me in good physical shape for the last week of training. The Swing Landing Trainer taught how to make a parachute landing fall in such a way that we could fall in any direction. This new training aid was very effective in keeping us alert and ready for the PLF in any direction.
