Steve's Wargaming Blog: Russian Artillery for Snappy Naps

http://www.steveswargamestuff.blogspot.com/2013/03/russian-artillery-for-snappy-naps.html

Napoleonic and WWII Minature Wargaming. Snappy Nappy' forces so far! Friday, 29 March 2013. Russian Artillery for Snappy Naps. As promised here are a few pics of the 3 Russian artillery 'batteries' for use with the excellent Snappy Nap rules. (Zvezda crew and HaT guns! This is the first time I've painted Zvezda figures and very nice they are too! The guns have been left loose on their respective bases so that they can be shown as 'limbered / unlimbered' during play. Please feel free to leave a comment!

Napoleonic and WWII Minature Wargaming. Snappy Nappy' forces so far! Snappy Nappy' forces so far! Having at last decided on 'Snappy Nappy' (I know, really bad name for a rule set! I've listed the units I can field so far for use with this system. Please note that these are simply unit totals and these will eventually be divided into divisions etc. Inafntry units ('Brigades' in SnapNap. consist of 2 bases of 4 x figures). Cavalry units consist of 2 bases of 2 x figures. 2 x Command stands. Will all spamme...

Napoleonic and WWII Minature Wargaming. Snappy Nappy' forces so far! Saturday, 20 June 2015. First armoured pieces completed! Finally got around to adding the decals to my first armoured pieces (Sherman and PzIII) so now these can join the figures can finally make their way up to the war gaming loft. Decided to paint another couple of infantry squads up before I try an actual game so hopefully next time these appear here they'll be in action! 21 June 2015 at 13:56. Steve's Wargaming Blog: Hungarian Paint Conversion ... The Result

http://www.steveswargamestuff.blogspot.com/2013/04/hungarian-paint-conversion-result.html

Napoleonic and WWII Minature Wargaming. Snappy Nappy' forces so far! Friday, 5 April 2013. Hungarian Paint Conversion . The Result. Although the Snappy Nap rule system recommends two bases per 'unit' I have decided to use 'half' bases to better represent unit formations on the tabletop, but more about that in a later post. Anyway that's another unit to add to the collection and now back to painting! 5 April 2013 at 18:16. You have me convinced Steve, very nice. 5 April 2013 at 19:14. 5 April 2013 at 23:42.

NORSEYGAMER

Friday, 7 August 2015. British Grenadier Game, Billericay War Rooms. A "scratch" game made up for the occasion, partly inspired by the "Sons of Liberty" series recently shown on Sky TV. The British have heard through spies that the colonists have got their hands on some cannon and the British commander orders that these be captured and brought back to HQ. Hessian Jaegers in the foreground, British infantry centre and Queen's Rangers over the back move purposefully towards the rebel camp. The British C-in...
