All ordering is done through our website and the bread is delivered every Friday to various locations around the Omaha Metro area. We do not have a walk-in retail location at this time, but do deliver our breads to several fine retail stores around town. Many people have an interest in seeing our brick oven. Chocolate Bread Pudding with Whiskey Caramel Sauce. Courtesy of The Joy of Cooking. Spread 3 TBSP butter. Over the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Cut about 1 1/4 pounds Pain au Levain. About 3/4 loaf) into 1-inch cubes. Mix the cubes with 1 cup raisins. If desired. (I don't.why ruin something delicious with anything healthy? Refrigerate. Use within 24 hours or freeze. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight if frozen. Remove from the refrigerator 30-60 minutes before using. Preheat your oven to the highest heat possible – 500° to 550°. If your oven has a convection setting, that will help in browning your pizza faster. Make sure your pizza stone. Is in the oven as it preheats. It is best that the pizza stone sits in the oven at least 20 minutes after your oven comes to temp to make sure it is fully heated before you bake.
