Did you ever wonder. Dec 29th, 2007 at 8:28 PM. My husband said I should post my recipe for Yorkshire pudding. I adapted this from a recipe that required drippings from a roast. 2 eggs, well beated. 1 cup milk (2% is ok). 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 2 shakes of Worchestershire sauce. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Grease a 12-count muffin tin with Pam. Combine eggs and milk. Mix in oil and Worchestershire sauce. With a wisk, mix in flour and salt. Pour into muffin cups, filling them to 1/2 to 2/3 full.
