Counseling en coaching zijn hulpverleningsmethoden die erop gericht zijn gedachten en gevoelens van de cliént over zijn of haar situatie te helpen verhelderen om er vervolgens daadkrachtig mee aan de slag te kunnen gaan. Coaching is actiegericht. Dit kan in relatief korte tijd gerealiseerd worden. In een aantal stappen krijgt u inzicht hoe u een gewenste verandering kunt realiseren. Het klinkt eenvoudig, dat is het niet. Wel vaak uitdagend en verrassend.

Psychosociale therapie omvat het gebied tussen maatschappelijk werk en het werk van een psycholoog of een psychiater. Het doel bij zorgvragen is psychische, somatische en sociale problematiek preventief aan te pakken en hiermee bv. ziekteverzuim te beperken of arbeidsongeschiktheid te voorkomen. Ik ga uit van de verbondenheid van lichaam en geest. Allebei is nodig om goed te kunnen functioneren. Een probleemsituatie kan dit evenwicht verstoren.

Ik werk sinds 1976 als hulpverlener in zorg en welzijn. Ik heb ervaring in de psychiatrie, verstandelijke gehandicaptenzorg, jeugdhulpverlening en multiproblem gezinnen. In juni 2011 ben ik praktijk ' stil de tijd ' gestart. Ik ben opgeleid door de Hongaars- Amerikaanse hoogleraar en psychiater prof. Nagy ( 1920 - 2007 ) die accent gaf. Mijn visie op hulpverlening heeft als belangrijke basis de. Die plaats biedt aan verschillende therapeutische benaderingen variërend van oplossingsgericht tot mindfulness. De hulpverlening is kortdurend met een gemiddelde van ongeveer 5 tot 6 sessies. Als psychosociaal werker heb ik geheimhoudingsplicht, dat wat wij bespreken wordt niet zonder medeweten en toestemming van u met anderen gedeeld. Bij ernstige psychische en lichamelijke klachten verwijs ik altijd door naar een psycholoog of de huisarts.

Voor eventuele vergoeding van de kosten door uw zorgverzekeraar of werkgever dient u zelf zorg te dragen. Neem voor aanvang van de hulp contact op met uw eigen ziektekostenverzekeraar om na te gaan in hoeverre uw therapie vergoed wordt. Heeft u een eigen bedrijf? Dan kunt u de therapie als persoonlijkheidsontwikkeling onder beroeps- of bedrijfskosten fiscaal aftrekken, mits de klachten werk gerelateerd zijn. Ontvangt u een persoonsgebonden budget (PGB) dan zijn er mogelijkheden tot vergoeding.
