Did the realities of the real world, (such as rent and other bills), hit home? Apparently, in Arizona, access to what should be a position of privelege, earned by years of hard work, is easily obtained. What were they thinking? Did they take into consideration the fact that if he was disciplined while working for the State, what would he do when left to his own devices?
