Udon noodles (not the ones pre cooked in a long life plastic sack). 2cm Cube fresh ginger peeled(not out of a jar.thats for old ladies and white trash). 1 T spoon miso paste. 1 T spoon vege stock. 1 pack fresh baby corn. 1 T spoon soy sauce.
