I signed myself up for a beginning Spanish class. I took a class in high school but then dropped out of it. So, this is finally my chance! Still learning new things"! Friday, August 24, 2012. 5 Fresh Garden Tomatoes. 1/2 bunch of cilantro chopped. 1/2 white or yellow onion chopped. 1-2 cloves of garlic chopped. 2 limes - juice o nly. So, that is it!

Busy Creating with Theresa. Monday, December 26, 2011. Our Christmas eve dinner! This is our traditional Christmas eve dinner. Orange Glazed Salmon Salad. This will take approximately 30 minutes. Baked Salmon (bake at 350 20-25 min) with a bit of butter and lemon pepper. Grilled Pineapple (make sure you get nice grill marks). Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes. Bleu cheese crumbles with craisins. And usually I would put a fan of avacadoes but they were too hard). Corn starch (to thicken). 3/4 C popcorn unpopped.

Brown hamburger with the onion. Add in seasoning pkg. Water as directed on pkg. Place on top of French Bread. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake in oven 350 15-20 mins. Friday, May 20, 2011. Chicken noodle Soup in crock pot. 4 cups of water. 4-5 Bouillon cubes Chicken.
