Inki's Adventures in Asia: November 2009
http://inkiswan.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 9, 2009. The Hero of the Month. I'm going to try something new, that might increase the number of new posts on this blog. :). The new "thing" is "The Hero of the Month", which will be a person who has inspired me, helped me/others, done a good deed, hugged me and/or made me happy in one way or another. Every hero will get a nickname, to point out his or her unique nature. The Hero of November will have to be my dear boyfriend, Ole Einar. :) Nickname for the month: Happy Hero.

Inki's Adventures in Asia: April 2011
http://inkiswan.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 25, 2011. I'm back in Europe and have ended my adventures in Asia for this time. These 4 months have been some of the best; I've had the time of my life! The 4 km long White Beach. In the tricycle, a great way to get around in the Philippines. The beautiful sunset in Boracay, on White Beach. In The Philippines I also had my best diving experience so far; diving together with Stine, Margrethe and two other friends from our class (Maria and Margrethe V.). Action and relaxation in the sea.

Monday, January 5, 2009. Happy New Year everyone :). Here are some photos of my Christmas :) Let's start with one of Ole Einar. He visited from the 27th to the 31st, then we went together to Oslo for New Year's and to his family in Skien (2 hours South of Oslo) on the 1st of January. I met up with Eline, Ola and Marita - the three people I went to Madascar with last year. And Christen and Marianne were home from the States. The three men went together quite nicely. :). And I met my Maria again. :).

Inki's Adventures in Asia: October 2008

Sunday, October 26, 2008. But it just drove on. As the girl reached the next stop, there was only a woman with a hidjab standing there. The Muslim looked at the girl and was moved with pity. She said to her that she had tried to stop the bus, but that the driver would not listen to her. They looked at each other and shook their heads in disappointment. Then the Muslim said to the girl: "Are you going to town? The girl looked at her gratefully and accepted the kind gesture. Inki and Ole Einar. For Sigrid&...

Wednesday, October 21, 2009. Going to Søgne for a cabintrip with the Housechurch. Having the Housechurch here at my place this evening. I like having things to do, as long as it's not too much. I had my first Yoga lesson last Monday. I found it a little strange in the beginning and a bit scared that it was something religious, but found out it wasn't. We left before the meditation started. ;) Think it was good excercise, so I might do it again. Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? Inki and Ole Einar.

Inki's Adventures in Asia: February 2011
http://inkiswan.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 27, 2011. The Paradise of Perhentian. When you zoom in on Perhentian there's a lot to see:. Malays: some with hijab, some without. Clear blue sea; that's what I'm talking about! Palm trees, beaches and sand. Muslim territory where alcohol is banned (although you can buy it “under the table” some places). Restaurants where people have their food. All together tourists in a good mood. Divers learning their newest skills. No need for medicine, no need for pills. But better than seaweed I bet.

Monday, January 24, 2011. Quick upload from Kuala Lumpur. It's 10.45 pm in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia's capitol) and I am tired. In four hours time I have to get up because we're going to Sri Lanka. Here are some photos of our four days in KL. The purple ones are from the State Mosque where we had to cover us up. The last one is from Batu Caves where they celebrate the Thaipusam in KL. Enjoy! Inki's Adventures in Asia: December 2008
http://inkiswan.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Monday, December 1, 2008. I feel it in my fingers, I feel it in my toes. It's the first of December! When I got up from bed today, two very pleasant surprises met me. 1) Eline had made me an Advent-calender for the remaining days here in Kristiansand! 2) There was snow on the ground! And now we've decorated the house so it feels more like Christmas. Red curtains and purple candles. Yeay! Inki and Ole Einar. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Inki and Ole Einar. View my complete profile.
