Wednesday, August 5, 2015. 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls. 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1/2 cup butter, melted. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 cup almond slivers and 1/2 cup coconut - my additions). It has gluten so I wasn't able to eat it but my food testers all begged for more. I thought about doing this same recipe with a pie filling on top of the cream cheese. That should be great! Sunday, June 7, 2015. Gluten Free Pizza Roll. Cut the wraps in half. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with cheese and pepperoni. Bake on broil in toaster oven until cheese melts. Roll and enjoy. Since I've gone gluten free I've really missed pizza. Not so much the bread but just the flavor of the sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Monday, July 27, 2015. 1 yellow cake mix. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1 stick butter, melted. 1 can (21 oz.) pie filling. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. To make the crust - In a medium bowl combine cake mix, eggs and butter. Press into baking dish. Spread pie filling over the crust. Bake 40-45 minutes or until cake is done.
