Sandy Pine Little Me Handmade: You'll never guess what I was doing this morning...
http://sandypine.blogspot.com/2012/11/youll-never-guess-what-i-was-doing-this.html
Friday, November 2, 2012. You'll never guess what I was doing this morning. My DH had a birthday today and always wanted to go on a balloon flight. So why wait? Of course I had to go too. Yes, that's us in the balloon with 4 others and the Pilot at 5:00am. Then the sun came up. Everything that goes up must come down. This was the scene at 4:30am. That is the moon above. It was very very cold. Firing up the air was spectacular and warm. And drove back home to go back to bed :-). Welcome to my blog page.

Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Susie McMahon is coming! Well it is less than a week now til Susie McMahon visits us here in Adelaide. We are lucky enough to have Susie teaching 2 workshops for our Cloth Doll Club. I discovered Susie's work a few years ago, just surfing the net. I even found old footage of a brief interview on the Carol Duvall Show on the HGTV network. But if you are not familiar with the type of dolls Susie does just click here. And you can see the wonderful art she produces. If this is you...

Sandy Pine Little Me Handmade: All quiet on the home front - NOT!
http://sandypine.blogspot.com/2015/05/all-quiet-on-home-front-not.html
Wednesday, May 20, 2015. All quiet on the home front - NOT! Oh my, it has been nearly a month since I posted. To say I have a lot going on is a bit of an understatement. My idea to have a market stall has created a dilemma in that I am able to sell my dolls and bears, BUT I can't keep up. I have sold so much, a lot of my cloth dolls that have been locked away in dark drawers for years! So much that now I have run out of stock to sell. How embarrassing ;-(. But I was fortunate enough to have Susie stay with me, and in her quiet manner she gently nudged me to spend some time on doll making. From this.to this. Once I start...

Sandy Pine Little Me Handmade: April 2015
http://sandypine.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Well, quite a while back I started working on a doll for a challenge in our doll club. See On My Table. Well I made this! She is meant to be steampunk, but I had a lot of trouble finding steampunky things, so she is just a bit turn of the century. And it seems I finished the Barbara Willis fairy. Sunday, April 19, 2015. The week that was. So I decided to open my Etsy shop, and I had a Saturday craft market at Port Elliot, and the Hahndorf doll and bear show was on this weekend.

Sandy Pine Little Me Handmade: CREATIVE BLOCK a place you don't want to be
http://sandypine.blogspot.com/2015/06/creative-block-place-you-dont-want-to-be.html
Friday, June 19, 2015. CREATIVE BLOCK a place you don't want to be. I have to admit it now. I have been struggling for weeks with creative block. It is a terrible place to be. But the reality is that at some stage, for whatever reason, some artists stumble into this place where we are frozen. I don't even want to call myself an artist. I can call myself a doll maker or crafter, but do crafters' get creative block? Please go to visit her blog at jennibelliestudio.blogspot.com/. There is also another site ...

Sandy Pine Little Me Handmade: Amelia and the Volcano
http://sandypine.blogspot.com/2015/06/amelia-and-volcano.html
Tuesday, June 9, 2015. Amelia and the Volcano. This is a story about little Amelia, who lives at the base of a Volcano in a town called Mount Gambier in South Australia. The volcano is very famous because it has the bluest water ever seen. Lots of scientists have visited the volcano to see the blue water and test it to find out why is is so blue. So Nannie Pine drove. 499 Kilometres from her home to Amelia's house. It was very exciting, and Nannie was so happy to see Amelia and her daddy and mummy. But N...
