We (that is the PSS, the LM, two other friends and I) went to have lunch at the Clink restaurant inside High Down Prison at Belmont. This is a venture begun by the Catering Manager there which has spread to several other prisons, in order to give vocational training and qualifications to suitable inmates to give them the opportunity to start afresh, and avoid recidivism. Have you ever heard of ‘Wiggly bags’?
