The Stitching Reaper

You reap what you sew! Saturday, July 25, 2015. Every Season But the One I'm In. Or so it seems. Actually it’s just two other seasons I’m showing today. First up again is the Winter Lady. The final portion of her dress is coming along. It’s all shades of green so there’s not much variety when I’m wanting to switch off. I’ve done a bit more on Celtic Spring too. The purple portion of her sleeve is finished now so next up is the cream portion. Friday, July 24, 2015. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Let’s hope...

The Stitching Reaper: January 2015

http://stitchingreaper.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html

You reap what you sew! Saturday, January 31, 2015. A new stitching year is underway and so far things are off to a good start. Here’s an update on all the projects I worked on this month. It being the beginning of the year I always make a very ambitious goal list for myself- it’s fun until I realize I’ve overreached a bit once again! We’ll begin with the new starts for 2015 so far. First up is the project I’ve termed the Winter Lady. This is my latest new start this year; in fact I just finally started i...

The Stitching Reaper: May 2015

http://stitchingreaper.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html

You reap what you sew! Monday, May 11, 2015. I’ve another update on the Winter Lady today which seems appropriate given that it snowed Saturday into Sunday. It is spring now right? I know it is, as the snow had all melted by the end of the day. More of her dress has been completed! I’m working on the largest section right now, so it’ll be a bit before that’s done. Still I was surprised that there is only one more section to go after this. Hey, another square on London is done! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Stitching Reaper: Mid-March Update

http://stitchingreaper.blogspot.com/2015/03/mid-march-update.html

You reap what you sew! Tuesday, March 17, 2015. I have completed another figure on my Sailor Moon piece so I thought I’d do a quick update. This is Princess Kakyuu, the Fireball Princess, a friend and ally of the Sailor Scouts. Another confetti filled figure, but I really enjoyed working with the colors in her dress. March 18, 2015 at 12:44 AM. Cute Sailor Moon finish and I love your take on Save the Stitches! March 28, 2015 at 7:45 AM. April 23, 2016 at 11:32 PM. Im loving the Princess Kakyuu sprite!

The Stitching Reaper: September 2014

http://stitchingreaper.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

You reap what you sew! Sunday, September 21, 2014. Oops, it has been awhile. At least I have made some progress to show. All of the half and cross stitches are complete on the Summer Lady! I was very excited to be finished with all the metallic even though in the right light it really makes the piece sparkle. I’m already about half way through the back stitch so not too much longer before this little lady is done. I’ve made some progress on other pieces too and made some new starts (yay!

Stitch, Please!

Just the inane ramblings of an unrepentant stitchaholic. Friday, 17 July 2015. Adrift, page 19 is complete! The month of July shall be known in my memory as the month that I worked much and stitched little. This page seemed to take me forever to complete. I started on June 23 and finished July 16 - a total of 7600 stitches. Now I am off to work on my little owl, who, by the end of this page, will have one very stern eye glaring at me! See you all then! Tuesday, 23 June 2015. Winter Hat Owl Page 9 Complete.

Monday, 11 November 2013. My Quilt has Grown a Bit. Good evening to each and everyone of you. So here is how she is looking at this moment in time. I meant to share the pictures of my Grandsons advent I made, but forgot last time, so I am showing them to you now.
