http://thebeanefamily.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
A Beane A Day. Tuesday, January 28, 2014. Our January has been fun, and busy! Here are some pictures from the month. I tried to get a picture of all 3 kids =) This is what I got:. Poor Addison. she got a BIG lick! Garet's sister Karen and her son Sam came by. Colin loves hanging out with Sam, although not quite sure what C is doing in this picture. Colin went to the dentist for the first time and was so so great! When my mom and Ann were here we went shopping. Addison got some shades. My mom took this pi...

St. John Runner: AFTERMATH
http://stjohnrunner.blogspot.com/2009/03/aftermath.html
Thoughts and views observed on running and living, processed on my runs along the north shore on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Wednesday, March 4, 2009. Another stellar race on Saturday, highlighted by local running legend Jeremy Zuber's. Consecutive win and weather from the running God's! Well weather for the spectators anyway. A warm morning with sunny skies graced St. John as 800 plus runners traversed Centerline. I ran 1:10:47, 34 seconds slower than the year before. I place 60 th.

St. John Runner: COMPLETION
http://stjohnrunner.blogspot.com/2010/02/completion.html
Thoughts and views observed on running and living, processed on my runs along the north shore on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Sunday, February 28, 2010. What we do with that gift of sorts varies greatly and make many of us better people and stronger runners. In completing the lesson of a race or run we then get to move on and take the next step or opportunity. It is up to each and every one of us to determine what that will be. Labels: 8 Tuff Miles. http://thebeanefamily.blogspot.com/2014/05/shes-one.html
A Beane A Day. Friday, May 16, 2014. We had so much fun celebrating our precious baby girl! We woke up and gave her our gifts that morning. she had a big helper opening everything! The only paper I had was baby shower paper. Just disregard that.). And we gave her birthday hugs and kisses. Addison is such a blessing! She is so sweet and cuddly! She fits right into our little family and we couldn't be more thankful for this amazing child! We had some fun outside with the bubbles while we got the food ready.

St. John Runner: The Beast Within
http://stjohnrunner.blogspot.com/2009/09/beast-within.html
Thoughts and views observed on running and living, processed on my runs along the north shore on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Saturday, September 5, 2009. Perhaps the most haunting aspect of running is the fear of failure, the lapse of zeal, or just plain ole' athletic neurosis. What must we do to stay motivated? Where do we allow our minds to take us when our ambition to run is weighed down with the garbage we collect in our thoughts and sometimes our bodies? Sloth, that is why. We a...

I have a very simple formula for releasing the chaos that creeps into my mind daily. Well this is a runners blog so you know where I am going with this or do you? Is it that simple to go for a run and clear your head? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 8 TUFF MILES 2011 - Media/ Photos 15th Annual. Virgin Island Daily News - Reis The ...

Thoughts and views observed on running and living, processed on my runs along the north shore on the island of St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Tuesday, May 4, 2010. It comes in many forms, sometimes in the least expected arena, other times it is so in your face that it is literally impossible to ever forget. It forges the foundation for completion.
