Jaime’s Weight Loss Surgery Journey. Archive for November, 2008. We have a heartbeat! Here is my ultrasound picture from yesterday. You can’t tell much right now. LOL This is 7 weeks, 6 days, so right on target. Due date is 6/26/09. November 14, 2008 at 9:34 pm. We’re coming into the last few weeks of the semester, so things are a little crazy. According to his scale (which sucks, btw), I only lost 5 lbs in the last 6 weeks. But I had no restriction for the last 3 weeks, so at least I didn’t gain. He was pleased with that. Jaime’s Weight Loss Surgery Journey. April 10, 2009 at 11:11 am. Surgery went well. It took about 30 minutes and was a very easy surgery. Dr. M said that my gallbladder was really nasty, full of stones and sludge and very inflamed. I’m a little sore, but on minimum pain medication and doing well. It is so hard to tell people, but he knew something was up as soon as he saw my chart because I’d lost about 11 lbs in a month. He decided to have me come in for a fill under fluoro to check my band placement, pouch and port to make sure nothing moved during the pregnancy. March 12, 2009 at 10:39 am. Surgery date: 2.28.08.
