THE FRIENDS of ST NICHOLAS’. Have their origin in the organisation formed in 1995 to fund the Millennium restoration and are now a committee established to raise a general fund to be used for exceptional items of expenditure on the church, both capital and special maintenance. In the period 2008 to 2011 the funds raised and used on church projects has been about £8,000. The varied list of projects included:-. Bull; Registration of church land. Bull; Church road sign. Bull; Table hire for Hedsor fair.
