In Normal scenario, from R1, R1 - R2 would be the primary link to reach network of 2.0.0.2 at R2. other link would work as backup link.(R1-R3-R2). But in this scenario we want to make R1-R3-R2 link as a primary link for the network 2.0.0.0/8 and another link as backup link with the help of Alternate Static. At R1, we will configure longest prefix via R1-R3 link and least prefix via R1-R2.
