Have Ewe Herd . Thursday, September 27, 2012. Sorry guys, I did not get to the field as soon as I had planned. Got rerouted due to a fire so that cost me at least half an hour. By the time I got my VIP pass and talked to a couple of people Nursery was done. I got to see 2 Open runs. I will try to do better tomorrow but it will depend on my broadband. Joni sent Sage to the left, had a nice fetch going and then one broke off, Joni saved it, made the fetch panel, on the run, wide turn sheep are just running made the pannel but sheep are running to the set out. Saturday, October 29, 2011. Good potty bad potty. Good potty. Look what a big girl she is. She finally figured out where the big dogs drink. And she's finally big enough to get in there. Yes, that is the toilet. The spare bathroom toilet is the perfect dog water dish. I never use it and all I have to do is flush it every once in awhile! Monday, September 26, 2011. And that's pretty cool. About a month ago I went out with a coworker to pick up a wolf call box she had set up in the woods, and I got a few photos. Just a little baby bird. Cool. We ran across a mountain lion track. Pretty cool. Not far away we ran across the lions kill cache which they bury and return to later. Pretty cool. Wednesday, February 5, 2014. Little Lamb Who Made Thee? Oh yes.the joy of springtime and new lambs. One can forget just about any measure of discomfort with an lamb gazing in your eyes. The trust bestowed as they lean into your caress. That sweet innocence, vulnerable, yet surprisingly resilient and strong. Reminds me of a favorite poem that I often repeat to myself while watching them scamper about the pasture. This poem is what inspired the name of our farm. Bless Ewe Sheep Company. King of the Trough.
