We charge a boarding fee of $12.50 per night / per horse, you can book their stay as well when you book online. What are some of the rules while on the ranch? November 14th, 2013. Ranch Rules and Policy. No smoking in or near the buildings. No smoking during burn bans. Music to be kept at a reasonable level. Please respect our City Noise Ordinance which begins at 10:00 pm Music off promptly at 10:00 pm. All guests not staying in the cabin must be off the ranch by 11:00 pm. Do not park on or drive on the grass. Larger parties will be directed to grass parking. Follow signs. Party organizers will be solely responsible for damage to ranch property.
