Winter is the slowest time of the year in the garden, but we do have some nice carrots that are getting ready to pick. The carrot seeds were sown directly into the soil a few months ago. 1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced. 1 clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon. 1 teaspoon evaporated cane juice. 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
