Big Chute Marine Railway. Stonehaven is less than a 5 minute boat ride from the municipal docks / Severn Falls Marina (calm protected waters). Your cottage rental includes steel boat(s) with outboard(s)if desired; or you may bring your own boat(s). The Severn Falls Marina has a boat ramp (approximately $7.00 fee each way). The Stonehaven docks can accommodate approximately 8 boats (depending on size). Additional boat rentals can be arranged from Big Chute Marina (705-756-2641) and Muskoka Boat Rentals.

Rates & Availability. Campfires / firewood / fireplace. Never have a campfire when there is a fire ban! Not only is it not safe, you could end up being charged. Just ask at the marina or store in Severn Falls if there is a fire ban in effect. No cutting of brush, trees, limbs allowed; you are more than welcome to collect dead wood and there is a limited but adequate supply of firewood available allotted for each renter. The fireplace in the cottage is decorative only; and no fires are allowed.

Rates & Availability. 16,000 / Per Month $25,000 for Both Months. Preference is given to longer term rentals. Off season / longer terms rates can be provided upon request. Special permission is required for groups larger than 11 heads; and an additional charge will be calculated per head. A non refundable 50% deposit is required for us to book your date and remove it from our availability calendar. A fully refundable damage deposit is required – $2000 for weekly rentals and $4000 for monthly rentals.

Linen bedding, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap, some spices; limited supply of garbage bags and paper towels are all provided. For groups larger than 20 and for cold nights, additional sleeping bags and bedding are recommended. All our water passes through a filtration system and UV light.
