Photo radar operators are always choosing new places to hide their vehicles in order to maximize revenues. Here are a few of the pictures of some of their hiding spots. If they really wanted to slow people down, they would park in plain sight, but instead choose to sneakily hide as to maximize the amount of tickets mailed out weeks later.
