Children's Trust Roanoke Valley has partnered with CHIP of Roanoke Valley, Roanoke City Department of Social Services and the Family Violence Coordinating Council (a committee of the Council of Community Services) to launch "It Takes A Valley," an education initiative to raise public awareness about the need for the community to take an active role in reporting suspected child abuse.
