Monday, June 30, 2008. Today is my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. They asked me to take their pictures last week and this is the one they chose to enlarge:. Yesterday we had a little surprise potluck picnic/party for them. I made four different strombolis: my favorite - ham and swiss. Especially yummy served with Litehouse honey mustard salad dressing); pepperoni pizza; reuben; and a mediterranean one with lots of garlic, feta cheese, and sundried tomatoes. Yum! I also made Marilyn's Flavored Waters.

First, I bought this darling headband from here. It is so well-made and amazingly comfortable. Plus, she's a fellow BYU alumnus. We've got to support each other, you know! I also bought this fabulous bracelet from here. The picture doesn't do this gorgeous bracelet justice! The details are amazing! Hey, I shop on Etsy, too!

Tuesday, September 29, 2009. The whole family got together and had a wonderful reunion up Cedar City canyon. There was a pond in front of the cabin with a pedal boat, canoe, rowboat, and a zipline. Everyone had an awesome time and it was a very memorable reunion. There were 35 of us - wow.it was great that everyone got along and we have fun memories for years to come. Love the new look! Sunday, May 17, 2009. We're on top of the world.in the Sears Tower. This weekend we finally had some beautiful weather (of which we had a shortage of this winter and spring! So we decided to take a trip downtown into Chicago and visit the Sears Tower. We rode the train, so we could enjoy the sights along the way. (ha ha ha) Wow.what a big city! Some of the small trees in our yard have fallen over because of the weight of the snow. Where is spring? Considering we just had spring break this week. I guess it's snowman time again.
