Tales of the Toll-House

Tales of the Toll-House. Thursday, August 6, 2015. Samantha: 50 Months, Week 3. Aedan: 15 Months, Week 1 (Week 66). With VBS continuing on Tuesday and Wednesday night, we tried to keep the mornings a little more low key. Everyone was pretty tired and the kids slept in more than usual to make up for the busy nights at church. It was nice just sitting there and cuddling with my little guy for the rest of the movie. I couldn't resist taking pictures of my two kiddos during the movie. I was amazed th...We ar...

Tales of the Toll-House: January 2015

http://storiesaboutsamantha.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html

Tales of the Toll-House. Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Cute Smiles and My Active Little Boy. Samantha: 44 Months, Week 1. I am going to write this post about Tuesday, January 13 through Sunday, January 18, so that way I can include our entire Disney trip in one blog post. This post will probably be shorter because of that. Plus, Ben was gone to the Southern Political Science Association conference in New Orleans from Wednesday through Friday. He's a handsome little boy, isn't he? We got back a little after ...

Tales of the Toll-House: May 2014

http://storiesaboutsamantha.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html

Tales of the Toll-House. Thursday, May 22, 2014. Samantha: 36 Months, Week 1. This past week was super busy for our family with a doctor appointment, me getting sick, Ben's conference at IU, Samantha's 3rd birthday, and a visit from my Grandma, Don, and my brother Matt. Wow, that's a lot for one week, no wonder I feel pretty tired right now. But first, here are a few cute sleepy baby pictures. Aedan makes some of the most wonderfully adorable faces. I love just watching him sleep. :). Samantha had a good...

Tales of the Toll-House: July 2015

Tales of the Toll-House. Tuesday, July 28, 2015. West Virginia Toll Family Vacation: Part 1. Samantha: 49 Months, Week 4. Aedan: 14 Months, Week 2 (Week 63). We finally found a little outhouse for Samantha to use, and I also took this opportunity to check Aedan's diaper. He had pooped and I don't know if it was from sitting in the car seat or not, but throughout the day he had developed a pretty bad diaper rash, making him not happy to be changed and definitely not happy to get back in the car. Uncle Tim...

Tales of the Toll-House. Friday, August 22, 2014. Cincinnati Zoo and Aedan Getting So Big and Strong! Samantha: 38 Months, Week 5. This week continued on like normal. Ben continued to go to campus every day to work while Samantha, Aedan, and I either hung out at home or went out to explore Oxford. Samantha was particularly interested in these giraffes because there was a baby giraffe, so she had to figure out who the Mommy and Daddy were. We took a family trip on the train just before lunch. Samantha lik...

Tales of the Toll-House: Samantha Turns 4 Years Old!

http://storiesaboutsamantha.blogspot.com/2015/05/samantha-turns-4-years-old.html

Tales of the Toll-House. Friday, May 22, 2015. Samantha Turns 4 Years Old! Samantha: 47 Months, Week 5. Here is a fun picture and video from lunch on Tuesday. I was trying to get a picture/video of the molars that have come through in his mouth. He has one on both sides on the bottom now. I think it was the one on his right that just pushed it's way through. This boy is just too adorable. He has such gorgeous eyes and eyelashes, just like his daddy. From there we saw animals that live in the jungle, like...

Sábado, 29 de junio de 2013. Imaginé. Parte VII.

What's the story behind a song? Some people love it when a songwriter introduces each song with what inspired it or what they were thinking, for some it ruins the flow of the performance and others like to make their own meaning. For those interested in the creative process, this blog presents the stories outside the flow of the music. Sunday, September 27, 2009. Podcast with Sam Anderson. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. My name's Rich Baldwin. I'm a writer and designer living in Montreal. This blog is an attempt to sift through some of the silt in my river of ideas, find a bit of gold inside. I hope reading it helps, or at least informs, you somewhat too. Saturday, September 02, 2006. Scheduling, and critiques sent out. Tuesday, August 15, 2006. It's too Hot in Montreal. And I need a new schedule. The trouble with summer in Montreal is not the heat. It's not the humidity. It's the women. So I've been busy figuring out w...

Musings, ramblings and some unintelligible mutterings. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. From Road Apples to Love Apples - Part 1. As if there will be a part 2 or 3. I'm not exactly staying up on the blogging in a reliable fashion lately. However, I have a new love. No, I haven't replaced Sweet Babboo - in fact, I married him and we moved to a new house with a big backyard. A lot can happen in three years it seems. So, I am now a gardener. At least I will be when I pick the seeds out and get them in the dirt.

Scott and Cristy Smith

Friday, February 24, 2012. Hello, this is MegaBed! Before we got married, Scott and I were talking about how we didn't know what to do about. Sleeping in the same bed (because we both have back issues). I've had a Temper-Pedic mattress for 6 years and have a hard time sleeping on anything else. Scott was more comfortable on his own mattress and so the idea of. Two Queen-sized mattresses pushed together. Not aesthetically pleasing, but pleasing to our bodies! We are now sleeping on the same mattress!
