Life in the city. Living, working and loving in the heart of downtown Denver. Thursday, August 23, 2012. I failed at posting this summer (and most of the time). But here's something of how I feel. And there is one more day of this longest (and hardest? Summer yet, and I'm so happy. Fall usually inspires me to blog more, so here's hoping. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://eliselo.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Life in the city. Living, working and loving in the heart of downtown Denver. Monday, February 20, 2012. Thankful for. For laughter and tears and honest conversations and hard conversations and dreams and memories and sleepovers. I love how we've all grown together and know each other better than before. I love reminiscing about the past, but I love even more the thought of knowing and loving each other for five, ten, sixty more years. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.

Life in the city.: March 2013
http://eliselo.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Life in the city. Living, working and loving in the heart of downtown Denver. Saturday, March 30, 2013. Today, I feel like I earned my spot on planet earth. Let's not talk about what that means theologically or anything. I just got my hands dirty. So, it's been a while. Crazy stuff: we bought a house. Now here we are, settled a little bit more, and I'm ready to do this again. A little bit. I have some thoughts about staying and settling, and this is the opposite of what I thought for my life 4 years ago&...

Life in the city. Living, working and loving in the heart of downtown Denver. Saturday, March 30, 2013. So, it's been a while. Crazy stuff: we bought a house. Now here we are, settled a little bit more, and I'm ready to do this again. A little bit. Here's a link to that post: http:/ eliselo.blogspot.com/2012/08/staying-put.html? And here's a link to a post by a blogger that I admire greatly (though I've never met her). This post encouraged me so much. And I agree again. The Church rarely talks about ...

Life in the city.: Staying put.
http://eliselo.blogspot.com/2012/08/staying-put.html
Life in the city. Living, working and loving in the heart of downtown Denver. Saturday, August 25, 2012. I have been thinking a lot about staying put lately. Because that's what we're doing. We've been here in this city for almost 6 years (longer than anywhere else I've lived except the place I was born), and God is giving us more. And this isn't the dream I dreamed all those years, but I'm realizing that this life of staying put is better than I imagined. Our dream was always to go. Living the Free Life.
