Stories from the South of the Clouds: Blind Masseuses, Dwarf Kingdoms, Mystery Meals, and Ten Days of Traffic

http://storiesfromthesouthoftheclouds.blogspot.com/2010/08/blind-masseuses-dwarf-kingdoms-mystery.html

Stories from the South of the Clouds. Thursday, August 26, 2010. Blind Masseuses, Dwarf Kingdoms, Mystery Meals, and Ten Days of Traffic. On Monday I went with Maria, from Spain, and Erin, from Canada, to get massages at the parlor across the street from the school. Paying someone I don't know to give me a massage isn't something I've done all that often (ever? That's essentially what it was. It seems that the society here is much less forgiving of people with differences than that of America. Despite my...

Stories from the South of the Clouds. Saturday, September 4, 2010. No) Birds (nor) Flowers, No Shitting Please, Pole-dancing Strippers, Lake Dian, and Bamboo Restaurants. Last Friday we went to the Western district, called Wei Lin Jie, to check out the scene. We settled in at a quaint little place called the French Café. They serve nice French wines, in which we all gladly partook. Item from the Bird and Flower Market. Neither bird nor flower. Favorite. So beautiful. :-). Indian Food from China. One weir...

Stories from the South of the Clouds: Squeezable Chicken, Sex Toy Vending Machines and Tea Shots

http://storiesfromthesouthoftheclouds.blogspot.com/2010/08/squeezable-chicken-sex-toy-vending.html

Stories from the South of the Clouds. Sunday, August 22, 2010. Squeezable Chicken, Sex Toy Vending Machines and Tea Shots. Korean sex toy vending machine. Yesterday we went to the Golden Temple, a famous Taoist temple made entirely of bronze. It took about forty minutes to get there by bus, but we entertained ourselves by talking about funny Asian-isms we've seen so far. By far the craziest was the one this guy Chris told us about: He saw a vending machine. In Korea that sold candy, chips, sex toys.

Stories from the Soul | my thoughts, and nothing else…

Stories from the Soul. My thoughts, and nothing else…. What does it take. November 3, 2015. What does it take to do well. How much of it is you and how much is everyone else’s perception. It’s a shrewd sense of confidence flavoured with a little bit of cunning. That’s the conundrum, where to from here? I want ...

And featured the majority of our 2013 Winnipeg Fringe Festival cast reunited, along with Betty, whom we've all had the distinct pleasure of acting with before. But this gave me an idea that many, many actors get: What can you put on that paper to see if Sam can not break (lose concentration) on stage? The possibilities were plenty. I really wasn'...
