Roger Hill's Storm Chasing Blog: May 2007

http://silverliningtours.blogspot.com/2007_05_01_archive.html

Wednesday, May 30, 2007. Update, May 30. Sorry it has taken me so long to update here. I had an unscheduled surgery which put me behind the power curve BIG TIME. Great chase and the storm structure was incredible! I am in Amarillo, TX tonight and will chase the Oklahoma panhandle area Thurs. There should be bea...

www.tornadohead.com forecast blog: Observed environment of killer tornado in Adairsville GA

http://tornadoheadblog.blogspot.com/2013/01/observed-environment-of-substantial.html

Wwwtornadohead.com forecast blog. Wednesday, January 30, 2013. Observed environment of killer tornado in Adairsville GA. I modified the RAOB very slightly via cooling the near-surface layer a bit to be perhaps more representative of the inflow; while the surface wind on the RAOB looked sufficiently representative. Am not getting terribly cute regardless given some showers existed in the inflow environment. The storm was certainly an EL-buster based on the echo tops/visible satellite presentation.
